The Super bowl saturday 4-1 win over the Islanders

We had tickets to the Bob Gainey Jersey retirement game Feb 23, 2008.
We were lucky enough to be in section 112, 3rd row, next to the penalty box.

And had great vantage view of the ceremony.

Well last night (March 26, 2009 vs Tampa) I met up with Barry and his lovely wife Tania.
It was fun, with great company, great convo, and best all, Habs won!!

For those of you who have not had the pleasure of meeting Mario I suggest you try to the next time you are in Montreal. A great guy who knows his hockey and is well connected. We had an awesome time and solved all the team's problems over several pitchers of Molson. Thanks Mario for the great evening. We will definately do it again soon!
