I just Googled this guy, and I honestly feel a little better about our future grit/toughness/size outlook. The information I found about Conboy makes him sound tough and extremely physical. Apparently he loves going in front of the net (which we desperately need) and claims he would do anything for his team. I like that... _________________ Mesdames et Messieurs, Ladies and Gentlemen, Accueillons nos Canadiens!!!

Conboy is going to Michigan State next season.
His USHL team the Omaha Lancers won the league championship.

Hockeysfuture has him rated as a 5B, meaning he has a pretty good shot at becoming a 4th line player in the NHL, but will almost certainly go no further.

Fine by me. Let us not underestimate the importance of having 4th liners who can play 8-10 minutes per game and provide energy and enthusiasm. He sounds like a guy who will go out and hit everything that has a pulse, and fight if need be. Assuming he has some hockey sense, he could end up being a good penalty killer too because it sounds like he is willing to block shots. _________________ Mesdames et Messieurs, Ladies and Gentlemen, Accueillons nos Canadiens!!!
