Actually played a decent game...much better than last time.

Komi plays a physical game and takes his man out of the play well but I sure hate the continual little cross checks, face washes and jabs after that. He has to add about 5 cheap shots at the end of all his solid hits which to the most part are clean. Most of what he can do though, I like. He blocks shots and his skating has improved but he just has to go over board with the cheap stuff after the fact.

Also, it is beyond me why the league doesn't hand out double minors to players who know they're getting a penalty and then start another altercation to take someone off with them. They should just had out two penalties to that player and none to the other every time to stop the antics.

I agree with everything in your post AB.

Komi was actually pretty good, although still made a few mistakes and was on the ice for most of our goals. What really surprised was his ability with the puck. Where'd that come from?

Seriously, what is with the dumb facewash stuff? He made Lapierre look like a solid citizen tonight. Lapierre had a decent game too, actually.

Give BARRY33 his due. He called this while Komisarek was still a Hab. Most of us chose to ignore it.

komi played a usual game for him. a few good hits. backed away when stew wanted a go with him. look, he's from my area (long island), and he lost his mom to cancer several years ago. his play has regressed. seems to have lost his mean streak. became a marked man in hab city after the lucic incident.he's gone, and i don't miss him. our defense will make enough dumb mistakes without him.
