Sad stuff but we just don't know. It's possible that his career has been ruined by swelling his head too far as a Hab when he didn't earn it. Handing him a letter was really silly. His first year had so much potential and then he turned into a peripheral fluffy player after that. Just don't know what happened. The wierd thing is he looked good in training camp.
Ever since he had that serious high ankle sprain ? - a few years back he has not been the same player but to suggest he is a coke head without facts via rumours on the internet is below the belt.Nothing has ever been written in print (possible slander if written) as there are no facts to prove what he does or does not do off the ice - After all he was supposed to be the next captain of The Montreal Canadiens after #11 left the team........

I actually never thought he had any punk "look" about him at all...not sure where that comes from.
I generally found he looked frustrated and a bit confused....but certainly no ego.
Bizzare AB....how do you figure?
For Ploufy...the difference is, I always seen the skill potential in Ribs(it was just a matter of him maturing) and Laps is our Avery. Every team needs a pest. What you see is what you got with these guys. They are/were at least predictable. I hated seeing Higgs with the "A"...I'm old fashion that way...players like us working stiffs should earn their colors. Just my opinion on Higgs but he just didn't seem to take his craft serious to me maybe because Mulsy is bang on to what he alluded to. Who knows? He just had that mischievous, punky grin to me like his hand was in the cookie jar.
I wanted Higgs traded for the last couple seasons so for me it worked out. Actually many moves worked out for me this off season.
Is it not obvious that AB is a happy dude this season? Not even Plouf's digs get me mad. In fact Plouf's Rib/Laps dig tells me that it is Plouf that is sour this season. I sympathize...I hated seeing Souray, Begin and even Dandy go.

Someimes I think pointy is the one getting a few to many nosebleeds if you know what I mean....
Cripes boy....Saku, as Nil'd said...is on the downside of his career...while Higgins should be just hitting his stride.
You try to hard pointy...and as always....miss the target worse than if Will Farrell played Robin Hood in a Hollywood production( imagine how funny that movie would be...)
